Behind every amazing story is an amazing team
Our leadership team – Robert Tuchman, Brett Sklar, and Stephen Master – first came together at TSE Sports and Entertainment, which became one of the top-ranked experiential sports & entertainment marketing agencies. TSE made the INC 500 list and was later acquired by the Private Equity Firm Pfingsten Partners and then subsequently purchased by NFL On Location and is now owned by William Morris Endeavor.
Brett and Rob’s next venture was Goviva, a company that created experiences built specifically around celebrities across sports, culinary, entertainment, and fashion talent. In 2015, Goviva was acquired by the world’s leading talent agency, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where Brett and Rob as Senior Executives helped lead the “CAA Premium Experience” division.
While Brett and Rob were at CAA, Stephen was at Nielsen where he headed the Global Sports Group and created the “Fanalytics” platform. While at Nielsen, Stephen worked with every major global sports organization to develop their media strategy and grew Nielsen’s sports business more than 20 times to become a $100M division.
Rob, Brett, and Stephen “got the band back together” to help brands succeed on the next frontier of community engagement with branded podcasts, influencer talent, and unique live experiences.

Today, Brett manages sales, marketing and operations at Amaze. Brett is a University of Arizona graduate and is an avid Arizona Wildcat, Raiders, Dodgers and Lakers fan.

From the NFL and NBA, to Nielsen and Octagon, it’s not easy to find someone with deeper sports media experience than Stephen Master.
Prior to teaming up again with Robert & Brett at Amaze, Stephen was the Global Head of Sports and co-founder of the eSports practice and “Fanalytics” platform at Nielsen. He was also the former VP of Corporate Sponsorships with the NFL and Director of Business Development in the NBA’s International Group. Stephen has also worked on the agency side as former VP of Business Development at Octagon Worldwide and Head of Promotions at TSE with Robert and Brett. Stephen is a proud Wolverine from the University of Michigan where he sits on the Board of the Sports Management Program and received an MBA from Northwestern. He currently is an adjunct Professor at the NYU Stern School.

Hope launched her corporate hospitality career at TSE Sports & Entertainment where she first met and worked alongside the Amaze Media Labs Co-Founders. She went from producing sports, entertainment, and culinary experiences at TSE, to Madison Square Garden, followed by CAA Premium Experience, serving in corporate hospitality roles curating talent and entertainment-based experiences. Most recently, she crafted internal and external events for MCR, the fifth-largest hotel owner-operator in the U.S., including the ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration of the TWA Hotel at JFK airport. A native New Yorker, Hope graduated from the University of Maryland and resides in New York City.

Matty Staudt got his start in radio working in top markets before getting into podcasting in 2007 as a founding member of Stitcher. He has been a consultant for top companies like Cisco, Sirius/XM, and The Federal Reserve Bank, creating branded content podcasts, coaching hosts and producers, and formulating dynamic podcast strategies since 2011. In 2017, Matty was thrilled to return to radio when he joined iHeartRadio as the radio industry’s first Vice President of Podcast Programming. In this role, he developed a podcast strategy for the company’s radio talent and helped create over 300 podcasts, driving millions of downloads a month.
In 2019, Matty founded Jam Street Media focusing his tremendous experience and passion for broadcasting towards elevating top brands and talent to their most creative and successful potential. In 2021, Jam Street Media was acquired by Amaze Media Labs in a commitment to revolutionize the branded podcast industry.
